Here at jillijewels we believe in the healing energy of gemstones and beautiful, functional jewelry. It is our goal to adorn as many people as possible with gemstones and send them out in the world. If at any time you would like to have your jillijewels altered to be more wearable, e-mail jill@jillijewels.com to arrange. Fees apply to alterations.

jillijewels creations are made with natural, organic gems that can look different in a photo than in person. If you are not madly in love with your jillijewels upon arrival, e-mail jill@jillijewels.com to arrange an exchange or receive a jillijewels credit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom design and intuiting gemstones for our clients is a big part of our business, e-mail jill@jillijewels.com for a private consultation or custom order. Custom orders are final.

If your jillijewels is in need of repair, e-mail jill@jillijewels.com Fees may apply to repairs, depending on the extent of the work needed and when the piece was purchased. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
