The first time I saw jillijewels, they were dangling from the neck and ears of a beautiful, vibrant woman whom I found captivating. I was drawn to the gemstones and the energy radiating from her. Later, I learned the woman was Jill Williams and the designs were her creations. My life has changed for the better from knowing her.
